Service Description
2 - 3 sessions per week during Performance Training times found on the BookFit App (chat to Adam for details). Youth Academy focusses on building your child's strength, mobility, activation & body awareness related to their particular sport. It also builds knowledge regarding strength & conditioning and comradery with other like minded kids.
