Davinia has worked as a Psychologist in a variety of settings for the past 16 years. Davinia has worked with individual clients in private practice, delivered training to corporations, groups, sporting teams and coaches. 

 

Davinia’s passion for neuroscience and its application led to an invitation to present at The International Conference of Neurospsychotherapy in 2017 and 2018. Both presentations focused on the Neuroscience of resilience and sleep and strategies that could be used to develop healthy patterns and habits.  Davinia has also been fortunate enough to be invited to deliver brain-based education on podcasts and social media channels.

 

However, Davinia would credit her biggest lessons in life to becoming a Mother of her three children and the creative, evolving journey of self-discovery and self-awareness.
