RUNNING STRENGTH & CONDITIONING NEWCASTLE

BUILD THE BODY
YOUR RUNNING DEMANDS.

From injury rehabilitation to performance strength, there’s a pathway for every runner.

Build the strength, power and physical capacity to support your running — with testing, individual rehabilitation programs, athletic strength classes and one-on-one strength & conditioning.

YOUR STRENGTH PATHWAY

ONE RUNNER.
FOUR WAYS TO GET STRONGER.

Every runner starts from a different place. Whether you’re rebuilding after injury, looking for objective testing, wanting structured group training or prefer one-on-one coaching, we’ll help you choose the strength pathway that fits you.

WHY STRENGTH MATTERS

RUNNING BUILDS FITNESS.
STRENGTH BUILDS CAPACITY.

Every stride asks your body to absorb force, control movement and produce force again — thousands of times during a run.
Strength training helps build the physical capacity behind your running. Depending on the runner, that may mean improving calf and Achilles capacity, hamstring and hip strength, force production, power or simply becoming more robust as training load increases.

The goal isn't to turn runners into weightlifters. It's to build stronger runners.

STRENGTH FOR RUNNERS

TRAIN WHAT YOUR RUNNING NEEDS.

Running strength training shouldn’t be a generic gym program.
We focus on the physical qualities that support your running — building strength through the calf, hamstrings, hips and lower body, while developing the control, power and capacity needed to handle repeated running loads.
Your training will look different depending on whether you’re returning from injury, building towards an event or chasing performance.

CHOOSE HOW YOU TRAIN

FROM REHAB TO PERFORMANCE.
THERE’S A WAY TO TRAIN.

Some runners need a structured rehabilitation program. Others want the energy of a group or the individual attention of one-on-one coaching.
Whatever your starting point, we can match the level of support to what you need now — and change that pathway as you progress.
